Agreement to the Use of Personal Information
Please read the following details regarding the use of your personal information carefully and decide whether to consent before utilizing the Inquiry Service.

Eretec Inc. shall destroy the information without delay after the purpose of the use of personal information has been achieved. However, the information may be retained for a certain period for the following reasons:
- - Retention of Information in accordance with Company Policy
- ∙ Items: Required information agreed upon for provision
- ∙ Reason: Providing answers to user inquiries, and providing solution/managing status
- ∙ Period: 3 years from the time the user inquired
- - Retention of Information in accordance with Laws and Regulations
- ∙ In cases where retention is required as evidence for litigation or disputes, or where there is a retention obligation under other relevant laws and regulations
- You have the right to refuse consent to the use of your personal information as stated above. However, if you refuse consent, you will not be able to use the Inquiry Service.
- Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction
- a. Destruction Procedure
- The information you entered, after its purpose is fulfilled, will be stored for a certain period and then destroyed in accordance with internal policies and information protection reasons under other relevant laws and regulations.
- b. Destruction Method
- Personal information stored in the form of electronic files will be deleted using technical methods that prevent the reproduction of the records.
- Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party
The company does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- ‐ When users have consented in advance
- ‐ In cases based on the provisions of the law, or when a request is made by an investigative agency for the purpose of investigation, following the procedures and methods stipulated by law
- Entrustment of Collected Personal Information
The company does not entrust the customer's information to external companies without the user's consent.
Should entrustment be required in the future, the company will notify the customer of the recipient and the scope of the entrusted tasks and obtain prior consent. Furthermore, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, necessary measures will be taken to ensure that personal information is managed safely upon concluding the consignment contract.
- Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Users and their legal representatives may modify their registered personal information at any time.
To modify or delete personal information, please contact the Chief Privacy Officer via letter, phone, or email, and we will take immediate action. If you request correction of errors in personal information, the information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed.
Furthermore, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the company will notify the third party of the correction results without delay to ensure the correction is made. The company processes personal information deleted or terminated upon request by the user or their legal representative as stipulated in the section "Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information," and ensures that it cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose.
